Moby, who wrote “Extreme Ways” for his 2002 album 18, has tweaked the signature tune for the third and fourth Bourne films and he’s done so again for the 2016 flick. This time the changes are somewhat subtle with guitars taking center stage.

For 2007’s The Bourne Ultimatum, Moby utilized the drum break from Melvin Bliss’s “Synthetic Substitution” and the strings from the beginning of Hugo Winterhalter’s cover of “Everybody’s Talkin.” For 2012’s The Bourne Legacy version, Moby sought the assistance of a 100 piece orchestra.
