Last month it was reported that an overzealous fan destroyed the Joshua Tree famed photographer Anton Corbijn used in the artwork throughout U2‘s Joshua Tree album. But now another fan has braved rattlesnakes, coyotes, tarantulas and other Mojave Desert critters to repair it in the middle of the night.
Impressively, he fixed the tree with just one flashlight to guide him in the pitch-black park.
Working arduously from 10 p.m. to 3 a.m., George repaired the tree using adhesive, liquid screws, and a little bit of dirt to blend over his work. To show his process, he shared a video of the project.
