Nirvana’s Krist Novoselic Does An Accordion Cover Of Lorde’s “Royals”

By Nadia Noir

So many people have covered Lorde‘s smash-hit song “Royals,” but none as weirdly as Nirvana‘s own Krist Novoselic.

The Maryland performance was a one-off event in support of the Fair Vote Campaign and Novoselic was merely a featured member with the Cowards Choir.

His accordoin rendition of the song is actually pretty special despite the fact that it’s hard to tell it’s actually “Royals.”
