OC Music Awards Announces the 2013 Best Live Band Showcase Series!

Southern California rocks; it’s insane to complain that there’s nothing to do. Especially when the OC Music Awards starts and gives you something to do every week for over two months of the year. We’ve covered the awards for years and always look forward to spending every Tuesday at different, awesome bars in Orange County watching amazing up-and-coming artists for free.

Next year, the 2013 OC Music Awards Showcase Series starts on Tuesday, January 8th at Costa Mesa’s Detroit Bar. And if you want to get a glimpse of your favorite Locals Only joq, Kat Corbett will be there hosting the event.

After that, for eight straight weeks, 35 different artists ranging from metal-rock to singer-songwriter acoustic will be vying for the title of Best Live Band. The winners will get tons of goodies from Awards partners. All they have to do is show up, perform, and be rad.

Sounds like a great deal, right?
