After being served with a warrant and arrested Monday morning at his Glendale, California home, Falling In Reverse‘s Ronnie Radke was charged with a misdemeanor count of corporal injury to his girlfriend and misdemeanor false imprisonment, according to the Glendale News-Press.

According to the report, the Los Angeles County district attorney’s office issued the warrant after Radke’s girlfriend told Glendale police that he had physically assaulted her back in May. Radke was released after posting $30,000 bail. Radke is scheduled to appear in Los Angeles County Superior Court for a pretrial hearing in mid August.

This isn’t the tattooed singer’s first brush with the law. Radke was sentenced to five years probation for his involvement in the shooting death of an 18-year old in Nevada. After missing a meeting with his parole officer, Radke’s probation was revoked and he spent the following 2 1/2 years in prison.

With prison behind him, Radke had found far more success with his new band than he did with his previous band Escape The Fate.

Since the release of The Drug In Me Is You, the album reached number #19 on the Billboard 200 with their music video for single “I’m Not A Vampire” garnering over 5.5 million views since its release last October.
