On Wednesday, August 22^nd, it’s a KROQ Locals Only Showcase featuring Margate, Act As If, and Luna is Honey performing live at the legendary On The Rox.

Margate has been rocking Los Angeles since 2003. They have released three full length albums, including their self-titled first record since signing with Cyber Tracks in 2011.

Act As If released their first full length record, There’s a Light, in May of 2010 and have since been featured in several TV shows including Cougar Town, Live to Dance, Jersey Shore, The Real World, and Buried Life. The recently released a 4-song EP, The Iron Is Hot. The new EP features the song, “Oh My My,” which has received lots of love on Locals Only.

The just released album Cool Breeze by Luna is Honey features 10 tracks, including the Locals Only Playlist song, “Yes, I Want to Lose Control.”
