Yet another amazing playlist – even though Midnight Hour seem to be gone for good (what’s a real bummer actually because they have just recently released a bunch of new and highly well – composed songs. Besides ‘Modern Love’ is a great summer track, so why not play it while it’s still summer?)

Anyways, I’m glad to see Act As If and Oedipus back on the list and I’m beyond happy that Delta Spirit has been voted #3 – they truely deserve it. Besides it’s great that Seedless and Margate are listed again – both provide catchy and capturing tunes.

My last vote has been granted to Delta Spirit, but this week’s playlist has raised the bar by providing several really talented musicians. Great job done by picking them, Kat (I hope you haven’t forgotten about Midnight Hour, Bethpage Black and The Active Set … it would be amazing indeed to see one of those bands being played once more on Locals Only).

In the end, I’m gladly showing support to SoCal’s local music scene by voting and spreading the word about Locals Only (since it’s an awesome chance for upcomimg musicians to be heard literally. Hence thanks Kat Corbett and KROQ for being that supportive of your local bands).
