[photogallerylink id=119390]Tomorrow is Go Skateboarding Day 2012, just one day after International Surfing Day, and the KROQ Crew is gonna be out with our boards and ready to ride at the Venice Beach Skate Park at 12pm!

Skateboarding and music go hand-in-hand, and we’re more than stoked to get out there and bust some kickflips with whoever else is down. Whether you make it down to Venice or not, tomorrow is a great excuse to dust off your board and hit the streets.

We caught up with The Temper Trap at the Street League practice session a few weeks ago and captured some footage of the band skating around and hanging with some pro skaters. It doesn’t matter if you are a pro skater, in a band, an accountant, or flippin’ burgers at Mc’Donalds…GET OUT THERE AND SKATE!

Go Skateboarding Day, a global celebration founded by the International Association of Skateboard Companies (IASC), is the official holiday of skateboarding that gives skaters and non-skaters alike a chance to take a break from their normal obligations and make skateboarding their top priority on June 21^st of every year.
