Hole’s Courtney Love has had a lot to answer for lately. The controversial musician recently called out Foo Fighters’ Dave Grohl for allegedly hitting on her daughter, Frances Bean Cobain, with the late Kurt Cobain. Then when Frances called her mother “gross” for her Twitter rants, Love replied with “Mommy Loves You.”

Now Love’s lawyers supposedly want nothing to do with her, especially after she reportedly Twitter defamed one of her former attorneys, Rhonda Holmes, by saying she was “bought off.” And her current lawyers, Pryor Cashman, are seeking to cease representation on the grounds that “they haven’t been paid” and Love won’t answer any of their letters or phone calls.

In a legal declaration submitted in Los Angeles Superior Court by Pryor Cashman, Love needs to pay up on her fee agreement with the firm, but they can’t get a hold of her.

James Janowitz, an attorney at Pryor Cashman, elaborated:

“Over the past several months, Ms. Love has rendered it impossible for Pryor Cashman to carry out its employment effectively. Ms. Love is completely unresponsive to Pryor Cashman’s attempts to contact her. She has cancelled meetings with me with barely any notice on several occasions and has refused to return the calls of other attorneys on her legal team at the firm. She has also refused to respond to our letters. As a result, we have had no substantive communication with Ms. Love in several months and we cannot effectively represent her.”

Love, unfazed by all the recent press, tweeted on Monday that she “had a great weekend.”
