As reported earlier, Courtney Love publicly accused the Foo Fighters’ front man and former Nirvana drummer Dave Grohl of flirting with her 19-year-old daughter, Frances Bean Cobain.

According to Gawker, Courtney Love posted a tirade of tweets from her personal Twitter account @cbabymichelle. These Tweets were deleted shortly after their posting.

In a rare public display, Frances responded to her mother’s accusations via her publicist.

“While I’m generally silent on the affairs of my biological mother, her recent tirade has taken a gross turn. I have never been approached by Dave Grohl in more than a platonic way. I’m in a monogamous relationship and very happy. Twitter should ban my mother.”

This is not the first time Love has taken to Twitter to express what many consider should be private conversations between he and family members. In 2009, Love lashed out at Frances on Facebook following the change of guardianship. “I hate to sound cold but any kid of mine who pulls this s— has lost her position,” said Love. “She was deceptive, she lied and she’s lying to herself. My daughter is not always honest.”
