25 Songs To Get You Pumped And Back In The Gym

By now we have reached that point in the new year where our resolutions to get in better shape are on the back burner and the gym has fewer check-ins on Facebook. It’s OK, I’m guilty of this as well but, I have a simple solution!

I’ve put together a playlist of some great songs from my own iPod that always gets me pumped during my workouts. It’s a mix of some awesome rock music, punk and hip hop. Have a listen and maybe some of these could be added to your own playlist!
