The band recorded the song in Topanga Canyon in LA with producer Jacknife Lee, who has worked on their previous three albums.

The EP featuring ‘Called Out in the Dark’ will be released on September 4th and will also include the new album title track ‘Fallen Empires’, ‘I’m Ready’ and ‘My Brothers’, a song that was written for Irish Award winning director Paul Fraser’s film of the same name.
